  • 85 yr old male
  • Onset – 5 days of non- specific dizziness – not vertigo
  • Collapsed in shower with aphasia and right hemiparesis
  • Past History – ischaemic stroke with good recovery 3 yrs before, angina
  • Medication – aspirin, statin, nitrates
