  • Building a cabinet when suddenly developed slurred speech, GP noted right facial weakness
  • Past History – ischaemic heart disease, perpheral vascular disease, smoker, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (not obstructive)
  • Medication – aspirin, simvastatin
