Duplicate certificates

We can only issue duplicate certificates to NHS staff who have opted in to save their name and details.

If you are NHS staff and opted to save your name and details, please contact us at the email below with the following details:

  • Your name
  • Your profession
  • Your healthboard
  • Date you completed the module test
  • Module name

Please note: we cannot issue duplicate certificates for certificates appearing with "Unknown" in the fields. If you are experiencing this problem please consult the FAQ page for a solution.

Thrombolysis Masterclass certificate

There is no assessment for the Thrombolysis Masterclass, therefore we cannot issue you with a certificate.
